- Core work is to advising Clients in Mutual Fund, PMS, and AIF Investments
- Deals with HNI (High Network Individual) clients ONLY.
- Other Product offering to clients are; Stock Broking, Bonds, Property, Insurance where individual RM of those Dept. supports him/her.
- Sharing Product info., Research Material, Analysis Report to clients on regular interval on Mail/Whats app and by other means of communication.
- Sharing updates on Technology Platforms of Company, Its features so as to Push clients to use online platform.
- Upgrading Product knowledge, Presentation Skill by attending seminars and presentations from Industry Veterans.
- Organizing Client Group meets at regular interval on Product specific or Knowledge Series.
- Adding New Client base from referrals of existing client base and by doing other activities of HNI Client Acquisition – Regular follow up on all leads.
- Regular meeting with clients for review of portfolio, New proposals and Broader Updates so as to maintaining personal touch with clients.
- Coordinating with allotted Customer Relationship Officer for queries of clients.
- Updating Top Management for any serious queries faced by clients and possible upgradation in present service standard of company.
- Must be AMFI certified.
- Must be managing HNI Client’s Mutual Fund Investments
- Good Coordination & Communication skills.
- Ability to build good relationship with customers, Acquire new customers.
- To create network & exposure in local market by doing cold calling and visits to good corporate offices
- Handling client queries on immediate basis.
- High integrity.
